Check Map and Control Locations (Android Version Only)
MyOMaps can be used to assist in creating or updating an orienteering map and checking that controls are placed in the correct location.
In this case, we use "My Tracks" mode, which shows your current location and your track on the screen in real-time. This is different to "Event Mode" which does not show your location or track until after you have completed your run.
Often event organisers will have their map and course files on their PC and will not want to publish these to the MyOMaps server until all of the checking is complete.
