Set a Course with Google Maps

The YouTube video below shows the creation of a Street-O course using Google Earth or Google Earth Pro.

In this particular scenario the mapper/organiser sends an email to the course setter with a KMZ file containing:
     - The map in KMZ format, and
     - A folder with Start, Finish and Control pins that provide the symbols to be used.

The video shows how to accurately position controls using the Google Satellite imagery and also StreetView.
